Thank you for choosing Legalyze AI, operated by Artificially Intelligent Inc. Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Legalyze application ("Legalyze," "our app," or "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Service.
2. Service Use
Account: To access certain features, you need to register an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any activities under your account.
Conduct: You commit to using our Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
3. Free Trial
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for evaluation purposes during the free trial.
4. Subscription & Pricing
If you wish to continue using the Service after the trial, you don't need to take any action. Your subscription will auto-renew on a month-to-month basis at a cost of $299/month per user unless you cancel the trial within your Legalyze.ai profile before its conclusion.
5. Data Management
Data Deletion: If you don’t subscribe after the trial, we'll delete your data within 30 days.
Confidentiality: Any data exchanged during the subscription remains confidential.
Security: We use AWS for data storage and adhere to industry-standard security practices.
Data Practices: Our commitments include compliance with relevant laws, encrypting data, quick response to security incidents, data restoration, and not accessing your data without approval.
Third-party APIs: We integrate with OpenAI API for certain functions. Review OpenAI's privacy policy here. Your data is never used by OpenAI or Legalyze.ai for AI model training.
Legalyze has also established an operational interface with the API provided by Anthropic, specifically pertaining to the 'Claude 2' model. Your data is never used by Anthropic's AI model for training.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership: We own all intellectual property rights related to the Service.
Usage Restrictions: You may not reproduce, modify, or exploit the content of theService without our written consent.
7. Disclaimers
No Warranties: The Service is provided "as is" without any guarantees.
Liability Limitation: We aren’t responsible for any harm arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
8. Service Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Service for any reason, especially if you breach these Terms.
9. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Using our Service after changes are made implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Welcome to Artificially Intelligent Inc. ("we," "us," "our"), the developers of the Legalyze application ("Legalyze," "app"). This Privacy Policy explains the type of information we collect from you when you use our app and how we use, store, protect, and delete that information.

We use cookies to remember that a user is logged in. We also use log files for troubleshooting in the event of any API issues. These log files are stored within a secure server on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
How We Store Your Information
Your data, including case metadata (folder names and file names) and login information, is stored in servers under Legalyze's control.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your Legalyze subscription is active. Upon termination of your Legalyze subscription, your data will be promptly deleted from our systems (within 30 days)

We do not share your personal information with third parties.
Security
We are committed to ensuring your information is protected and have implemented appropriate physical, technical, and administrative procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect and store.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by updating the date of this Privacy Policy and posting it on the app. We may, and if required by law will, also provide notification of changes in another way that we believe is reasonably likely to reach you.
